We offer over 60 classes per week in a variety of disciplines from yoga to tai chi, hula hooping to pilates and much more besides! If you decide you want to come regularly why not buy a multi-class card and save yourself up to £2 per class? (Full information here.) Alternatively join a 4 to 10 week course, which works out the cheapest way to attend classes (if you make them all!) and enables you to learn incrementally each week.
