We offer over 60 classes a week in a variety of disciplines from yoga to tai chi. Browse through our timetable to see which class and style suits you the most. You can go into each style of class and find out more about it to see if it is what you are looking for. You can also read up on our teacher profiles.

If you decide you want to come regularly why not buy a multi-class card and save yourself up to £2 per class. See the multi-class card section under 'information'. Alternatively join a 6 to 12 week course, which works out the cheapest way to attend classes (if you make them all!) and enables you to learn incrementally each week.
