As a back pain sufferer himself, Mark Claireaux (MSTAT) gained a terrific amount of benefit from the Alexander Technique. Over time he went from being on very strong prescription drugs to becoming relatively pain-free. He decided to embark on the full time three year course at the accredited Brighton Alexander Technique College, where he now tutors. He is a full member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique and has been teaching private lessons since 2004.
