back care pilates
This class is tailored to suit those with back problems. You will focus on strengthening your core muscles and gently stretching out the back. There will be a maximum of 8 students, so you will benefit from individual attention, almost as you would in a private session. Each class will explore pilates postures which both help recovery from a back condition and maintain a healthy spine in the long term.

Courses and workshops can be booked online – just click the button where shown. Drop-in classes cannot be booked online – just pay at the start of the class – no pre-booking required. Concession rates (conc.) must be booked in person at the centre with proof of concession status.
