Soulful Singing is open to all regardless of experience – most people can sing much more than they realise! The songs are mainly African and are very accessible and easy to learn. Mahasukha teaches with an African spirit, in the aural tradition. He is also a drummer and he accompanies most songs on Djembe (African drum) which inspires movement/dance so it's an all-round uplifting, soulful, body-based cultural experience, with singing the focus and foundation. The over all result; fun, joy, energy, confidence, well-being, community and an amazing sound!

You’ll be amazed at how short a time it can take and how uplifting it can be. Mahasukha is a highly experienced, passionate and well-loved group harmony singing teacher and is in his element leading people in singing, bringing out the best in people with enthusiasm, sensitivity and encouragement. For the past ten years he's been leading Soulful Singing workshops and events with hundreds of people all around the UK in a variety of contexts.
