community talks & eventswalk 1 june 14 small

For many years people attending classes have been telling us how much they value the Centre and what strong feelings they have for it. Partly this is because we are a charity, but we think there is more to it than that. Many classes already socialise among themselves. BNHC wants to join the dots and draw our community closer together with events that cross disciplines. We are starting with simple events, talks and walks. We hope it can develop further but that will be up to you. Let us know your views. How do you think we strengthen the BNHC community?

2016 brings an exciting new venture with our friends at Infinity Foods. We will jointly be presenting a series of free talks based around the topic of health and wellbeing. If you've missed anything recently, many of our free talks are now on YouTube

We also continue to host a termly Yoga Teacher Forum, see details below for the upcoming workshops.
