At the Brighton Natural Health Centre we offer a variety of dance classes to suit all levels. There is a focus on dance forms which elevate the mind, body and spirit. Our classes can also help enhance musculoskeletal coordination and patterning, improve cardiovascular function and heighten awareness of fluidity, or flow, in movements. They provide an outlet for creativity and self expression, an opportunity to interact with others in a different way and a good way to have fun!
