MAIN STUDIOThis is the bigger of the two main studios at the Brighton Natural Health Centre and it comes fully stocked with Pilates mats, yoga mats, Shiatsu mattresses, yoga blocks, blankets, belts and chairs. The dimensions of the main studio are 40ft x 20ft.
