This dance form is great for improving posture and alignment, strength and flexibility. The basic positions, technique and class structure will be introduced within a fun and relaxed atmosphere with the emphasis upon enjoyment. Suitable for everyone regardless of experience. Please note you do not need any specialist footwear /clothes for this class.
Drop-ins accepted if space, £8.50/£8 concessions. Class cards cannot be used.
