This dance form is great for improving posture, alignment, strength and flexibility. The basic positions, technique and class structure will be introduced within a fun and relaxed atmosphere with the emphasis upon enjoyment. Suitable for everyone regardless of experience.

Please note, you do not need any specialist footwear /clothes for this class.

These classes run as weekly drop-ins, however classes do not run over school half-terms and holidays. Classes will be back Monday 8th Jan 2018.
