Belly Dance is a great way to improve posture and experience a general sense of wellbeing.

In these courses you will be introduced to the principles of Belly Dance as well as the character and joy of this fascinating dance form. You will learn basic belly dance moves and develop them into a fun dance routine that you will be able to execute with confidence, even without any previous dance experience.

Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

Drop-ins are welcome to attend these sessions. 1-2pm, Thursdays.
