Contemporary Dance technique classes encourage us to challenge and develop our strength, flexibility, alignment and stamina through a series of structured dance exercises.

The Beginner courses will introduce the main principles of contemporary dance including posture, alignment and use of weight, through warm-up exercises, sequences, and short free movement exploration. For those with some experience, there will be opportunity to learn new things and continue to develop your practise
