Hula hoops are back and not like you remember them! Today's hula hoops are designed for adults - larger and heavier - and can give you a full body workout, a new way to dance and a chance for you to rediscover your inner child.

Our classes start off teaching you how to hoop on the waist, then progress into lots of fun on-body and off-body moves! By the end of a course you will be able to connect all of your brand-new tricks into a flowing sequence.

Our classes start off teaching you how to hoop on the waist, then progress into lots of fun on-body and off-body moves! By the end of a course you will be able to connect all of your brand-new tricks into a flowing sequence. If you have got a bit of experience, there will be more advanced options for you. And most people choose to take the beginners course a few times before moving up - the teacher will vary the tricks so you’ve always got something new to work on!

Do I need to bring my own hoop to class?

No. We provide hoops in each class, and you will have the option to buy your own for home practice if you choose.

I've never hula hooped before, is that okay?

Yes! Complete beginners are welcome so don't worry! Of course if you have got a bit of experience, you will be able to perfect your skills and try new things you've not tried before.

Hula hooping courses start again 13th September, book below!
