chi gung man

energy work

These classes focus on the flow of energy – known as chi (qi) in Chinese and (ki) in Japanese. Through energy work amazing transformations can occur, not only in terms of improving balance, focus and flexibility, but also in healing injuries and recovering from illness.

Energy work is built on the principle of softness, stillness of mind and the directing of calm intention and relaxed breathing to ingrate the body with the mind, the spirit and the surrounding environment.
