The aim of Qigong, also known as Chi Gung, is to increase your internal vitality, which can be used to heal illness and injury, improve your general health or develop specific abilities or power. It is suitable for all ages.

Qigong (Taoist) with Brian Cooper - Taoist Qigong techniques include moving, standing, sitting and lying down. They are based on relaxation, softness, natural circular movement and mental focus.
