qigong (chi gung)

The aim of Qigong, also known as Chi Gung, is to increase your internal vitality, which can be used to heal illness and injury, improve your general health or develop specific abilities or power. It is suitable for all ages.

Qigong (Taoist) with Brian and Karen. Taoist Qigong techniques include moving, standing, sitting and lying down modes of practice. They are based on relaxation, softness,natural circular movement and mental focus.

Qigong (Taijiwuxigong) with Hilary. Taijiwuxigong Qigong techniques teach you how to activate the energy centre in the belly, and use this energy to cleanse the entire body. This is a powerful and dynamic self-healing process which involves spontaenous movement.
