yoga and mindfulness - allies in the fight against stress
a talk by Lilith Bailey-Kroll and Tyler Phan - archive
Friday 25 July 2014 - this event has now taken place
Everyone who has attended a yoga class or sat for meditation knows the feeling of relief and relaxation that they offer. Science on the other hand is just starting to unpack what actually happens when we practise yoga and meditate.
Join Lilith Bailey-Kroll and Tyler Phan for a light-hearted discussion about science and the keys to 'mindfulness'. Part discussion, part practice, Lilith and Tyler will guide you in the application of fundamental tools that help to regulate your nervous system and bring calm.
