bnhc yoga teacher forum
Once or twice a term, as part of the BNHC Community Programme we are running an ongoing series of forums for local yoga teachers. This is either a free event or a fundraising workshop hosted by a guest teacher. All profits go to supporting our community outreach classes. Teachers, come along! Students, send your teacher!
Calling all yoga teachers...
Would you like a regular opportunity to meet with fellow teachers, share ideas about practice and reflect on your experiences?
Next session Sunday 2 April 2017 (see below).

Introduction to The Brighton Yoga Festival
Brighton Yoga Festival was set up in 2014 to celebrate yoga and its benefits, and to share those benefits with the wider community in Brighton through free classes, taster sessions and more, helping people to find whatever approach to yoga most suits them.
Davy Jones, co-founder of the Festival and chair of its trustees, will talk about the Festival and how the whole yoga community can be involved. Anika Grimm (trustee) will lead a practice linking the principles of the Festival with yoga philosophy, especially ahimsa (“do no harm”) and kriya yoga (moving from the physical to the subtle) and demonstrating how yoga is accessible to everyone. Emma Newlyn (trustee), will lead some pranayama and relaxation to end the session. Find out more about the hosts as well as Brighton Yoga Festival at www.brightonyogafestival.org.
Date: Sunday 2 April
Cost: FREE - Sign up below. Open to local yoga teachers.
