how to book

drop-in classes

Drop-in classes do not need to be booked in advance. Simply turn up and pay at the front desk or directly to the teacher when the desk is closed. If you have a multi-class card, you can use this for any drop-in class. Please note that all drop-in classes are run on a first-come, first-served basis and we do have limits for all classes. Sometimes there is a rush of people at reception and so to avoid disappointment do make sure you give yourself plenty of time to come in and pay for your class or course and then get changed.

courses

Courses do need to be booked in advance. They last between 6 and 12 weeks and bookings can only be taken for the whole course. It is a good way of keeping up a regular routine, particularly as you will have paid upfront for all the sessions. It is also a good way of progressing week by week with the same group of people. You can book online using our secure payment system, by phone or in person. To book online find the course you wish to book in the Classes section, or find it on the timetable then click through using the View More Details option, then click the red BOOK NOW button to proceed to payment.

workshops

Workshops also need to be booked in advance. You can book online using our secure payment method, by phone or in person.

cancellations

If you cancel before the start of a course, the refund will depend on the amount of notice we have received and percentage refunds are shown below. Once a course has started, no cancellations of refunds can be made.

refund rates

More than two weeks – 90% refund
Two weeks before – 75% refund
