our studios

We have two studios, both with plenty of natural light and wooden sprung floors. Please check the timetable to ensure you go to the correct studio. There is a separate changing area with filtered water dispenser. In both studios there is all the equipment you would need for your classes.

Both our studios are available for hire to individuals, other teachers and organisations when there is space available - daytime during the week and at weekends are the most likely times.

MAIN STUDIO

This is the bigger of the two main studios at the Brighton Natural Health Centre and it comes fully stocked with Pilates mats, yoga mats, Shiatsu mattresses, yoga blocks, blankets, belts and chairs. The dimensions of the main studio are 40ft x 20ft.

SMALL STUDIO

This is the smaller of the two studios at the Brighton Natural Healh Centre. It comes equipped with yoga mats, blocks and belts. This studio retains the character of the old building and has the benefit of a mirrored wall. This is a great space for a smaller sized class, or perhaps for personal hire to do a private practice. The dimensions of the small studio are 20ft x 20ft.
