pilates & body workpilates class

Pilates and body work classes at the Brighton Natural Health Centre emphasise body awareness, healing and harmonious alignment. Although everyone can benefit from becoming conscious of how they move and hold themselves, these sessions are often recommended for those recovering from an injury or condition.

The route to a healthier body is to pay more attention to how we move and act. Through careful observation, we can start to put the pieces back together, strengthening the muscles which need to be strengthened, relaxing those which have an accumulation of tension, and improving posture so that further strain is not caused. All our teachers have all undergone lengthy training in their chosen field.
