morphic release movementmyologo

Based on years of immersion in movement disciplines and experience, MRM (morphic release movement) generates body form and rejuvenates body function through a practice of attentive movement modelling.

Each model (exercise pattern) serves as a map of selected body terrain and is constructed using analogy, metaphor and intuition. The aim is to live with an appropriate physical and mental sense of presence in our inner and outer world. Think breath, alignment, flexibility, coordination, stamina and focus. These classes combine physical and conceptual training and are open to all.
