myolastic movementmyologo

Myolastic Movement focuses on the crucial role of fascia as the connecting medium between all dynamic body systems (muscle, bone, nervous, lymphatic). Students investigate primary movement pathways, the templates of our kinetic capabilities. The aim of the sessions is to improve range of movement, kinetic efficiency, strength and co-ordination. The interrelationship of breath, alignment and movement is established through specific exercises. These classes combine physical and conceptual training and are open to all.
