These are gentle classes with an emphasis on relaxation, gentle relief for the body and muscles, and breath work, whilst giving women time to focus inward..

Suitable for women over 14 weeks pregnant. Non-pregnant women will also enjoy practices designed for women’s health. Classes run weekly and are suitable for all levels of experience including complete beginners to yoga.

Join our next 8 week course starting Wednesday 11th Sept, classes run at 5.25-6.25pm, weekly. (N.B change to time in printed programme). You can drop-in and pay as you go, or buy a pack of 6 classes to use over the 8 weeks for a reduced price.
