mums & babies yoga
Mums & Babies Yoga is a fun, bonding class for mothers and their babies (from aged six weeks to crawling). This unique class is designed for mothers to help tone pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve posture, boost energy, promote relaxation and aid sleep. As for the babies, classes are fun and can help support healthy growth, as well as relieving common ailments such as colic, wind and constipation.
