parent & toddler yoga
Toddlers and young children benefit greatly from experiencing parents regularly practising yoga and meditation – it helps model how to cope with and ease stress, develop self-care and compassion. As such, this class is directed at the adults, but children are encouraged to join in.
As a mother of four, Leonie intuitively adapts each class to respond to those in the group, both physically and emotionally, providing much-needed space for those looking after little ones.
This is a safe space for the whole family, toddlers & young children are welcome.
