Post-natal yoga is a great way to support yourself physically and emotionally during the transition into motherhood. Mindful asana and meditation practices heal and strengthen the body, and calm the mind. Postural awareness and breath work can help create more vitality.
The class is focused on your needs as a new mother, demonstrating how you can ground, find space and experience just being amidst all the changes that having a baby bring. Whatever birth you experienced, postnatal yoga is best started after you have had your 4-6 week check. We welcome mothers who would like to bring their babies along to the class.
