Pregnancy Yoga is for women who are more than 14 weeks' pregnant. Learn to relax, breathe and bond with your baby.

Many women find that with a regular practice of yoga and breathing, physical discomfort during both pregnancy and birth can be eased and a calmer mind can be maintained. This is a gentle class with an emphasis on relaxation and breath work, which gives women time and space to focus inward and to communicate and form a bond with their baby.

These classes are suitable for all levels of practice and no previous yoga experience is necessary.

Sold as a 6 consecutive class block, start dates every 3 weeks. Book online and choose to start on one of the following start dates: 18th July, 8 August, 29 August.
