Pregnancy Yoga is for women who are more than 14 weeks' pregnant. Learn to relax, breathe and bond with your baby.
Many women find that with a regular practice of yoga and breathing, physical discomfort during both pregnancy and birth can be eased and a calmer mind can be maintained. This is a gentle class with an emphasis on relaxation and breath work, which gives women time and space to focus inward and to communicate and form a bond with their baby.
These classes are suitable for all levels of practice and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
