Chinese body-mind-breath class

The drop-in qigong classes are open to all abilities. They will explore a range of traditional practices designed to help us feel more at home in our bodies, more calm and centred in our minds, and connected to our breath.

All profits go to supporting our community outreach classes.

New Community taichi/qigong classes will run as weekly drop-ins starting Monday Sept 4th, 3-4pm.
