Seiki web imageseiki

Seiki is a method of healing that facilitates the flow of energy through the body, clearing energy blockages and creating an awareness. The way our bodies move is part of our living experience, but it is so easy to become limited, habitual and conventional in our movement. Much sickness can originate from poor posture, physical restraint and shallow or restricted breathing. By exploring spontaneous movement, breath and simple touch to encourage relaxation and release, Seiki can help us to become more awake and present, to reconnect with our bodies and ourelves giving us a feeling for life and our engagement with it.

All are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
