Hidden within the smooth graceful movements of Wu style tai chi are the 16 fundamental techniques of all Chinese health systems from qigong to acupuncture. Tai Chi has many positive health benefits including stress reduction, boosting of energy levels, improved circulation, sharpened concentration and regulation of mood swings.

We offer courses for beginners and mixed level for those with some experience in the Wu form of Tai Chi which includes qigong exercises related to tai chi (breathing, body alignments, stretching and relaxation techniques).
