Yoga is a Sanskrit term which means ‘union’. It is an ancient art designed to unite the body, mind, breath and spirit. The continued practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, improves the function of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems, and leads to a sense of peace, relaxation and well-being. At the Brighton Natural Health Centre we offer many different styles of yoga to suit all ages and levels of experience.

We are very happy to offer you a choice of 35 yoga classes a week! Have a browse though the different styles and see what is best for you. You can also come and talk to us personally, or just try the classes out and see which one suits you and your body the best. You can choose from:
