Yoga is a Sanskrit term which means ‘union’. It is an ancient art designed to unite the body, mind, breath and spirit. The continued practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, improves the function of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems, and leads to a sense of peace, relaxation and well-being. 

As the home of yoga in Brighton, we are proud to offer many different styles of yoga to suit all ages and levels of experience. Have a browse though the different styles and see what is best for you.
