Flow classes, based on vinyasa yoga are a fluid style of yoga harmonising breath and movement in a flow from one posture to the next to give strength, grace and freedom.  (Image credit: Brydie Rowan (teacher) photographed at BNHC by Luca Sage)

Classes use traditional, recognisable yoga postures similar to any yoga class.  However classes are sequenced, so that postures flow from one to the next often using positions such as downward dog and versions of sun salutations to transition from one posture to another. Classes often include gentle background music. 

These sessions are fun, relaxed, sometimes challenging and definitely rewarding. Suitable for all levels, but some yoga experience would be of benefit.
