hatha yogahatha 1

Hatha Yoga is a calming, gentle and supportive form of yoga which increases mind-body awareness. Hatha is the most widespread type of yoga and aims to strengthen the body and relax the mind in a gentle and calming manner.

These classes increase mind-body awareness and are flowing and meditative. The content of each class differs from week to week so that you can enjoy variety. All classes include breath work and alignment, and end with a period of relaxation. The feel of the sessions is meditative so that you leave feeling calm and relaxed, as well as stretched.

We are introducing two new hatha classes this  September:
Hatha Yoga - Early morning class, Tuesdays 7.30-8.30am, £9. Starts 12 Sept with a £3 Taster, book below.
Women's Yoga - Thursdays 12-1pm, £9. Starts 7 Sept, find out more and book here.

dynamic hatha yoga

Our dynamic hatha classes are, as the name suggest, a more dynamic form of the classic hatha class, combining traditional hatha postures in a more fluid, moving series. These classes will tend to build up more of a sweat, as you move with the breath from posture to posture through transitions, keeping the movement flowing throughout the practise and although open to all levels can be a more challenging form of yoga movement

Drop-in dynamic hatha classes
Thursdays 6-7.15pm with Sarah Williams & Fridays 10-11.30am with Emma Cservenka.
