Discover a new approach to your yoga practice that is challenging yet relaxing and meditative. The floor based postures of Yin Yoga are reached in a way that allows us to access the deeper connective tissues of the body, i.e. ligaments and fascia. As each posture is held for time with mindful awareness, we have the opportunity to unravel deep seated tension in the body and mind whilst helping to maintain mobility in our joints. The Yin posture work will be complemented with self-myofascial release techniques, using our body weight on tennis balls or other props.

Suitable for students of all ages and abilities, Yin yoga is a great complement to other styles of yoga and physical disciplines.
