NEW! yoga for back care
Osteopath and yoga teacher Chris Swain will provide a clear understanding of the common causes of back pain including explanations of the anatomy of the spine and the process of spinal and disc degeneration. Each class will explore yoga postures which both help recovery from a back condition and maintain a healthy spine in the long term. In some cases these will be individually tailored according to specific conditions. Advice will also be given regarding avoiding back pain in day to day situations from sitting at work to yoga and exercise.
