Andy Roughton

Andy is a certified Iyengar® yoga teacher who continues to train with national and international Senior and Advanced Iyengar teachers. He is an active member of the Sussex Iyengar yoga organisation (IIYS), the Iyengar Yoga Association IYA (UK) and has helped create the new International Iyengar Yoga Association.
