Very few people retain their strength and vitality in later years. However, yoga can help to rejuvenate the body and revitalize the mind.

It provides elasticity to the spine, firms up the skin, removes tension from the body, strengthens the abdominal muscles, improves quality of muscle tone and corrects poor posture. It can act as a preventative measure for diseases such as osteoporosis and arthiritis, as well as having a positive influence on the circulatory, nervous and digestive systems. Yoga can also help when coping with changes in life circumstance such as children leaving home, retirement etc. This class is suitable for people in good health as well as those who have some minor health conditions. 

Ginny teaches with an emphasis on balancing mobility with strength, whilst focusing on the individual needs of each student. She aims for her classes to be varied, interesting and fun.
