Yoga In Motion is a flowing, dynamic class to music which blends various styles of Yoga with Tai Chi and Pilates.  The aim is to increase strength and flexibility, while improving inner harmony and balance.

The class consists of a fluid sequence of stretches and poses. Lucy Lindner, who teaches Yoga In Motion is a Hatha Yoga teacher with a background in martial arts and dance.
