Join Lucy Deere for another nourishing afternoon of yoga and mindfulness meditation...

Our bodies will enjoy sinking into supported, restorative postures and gently build up to the strength and fluidity of sequenced yoga. The cogs and wheels of our minds are invited to slow down and our emotional body is given the space and permission it needs to just be.

This workshop will include both formal and informal mindfulness techniques and provides a good introduction for anyone interested in bringing it into their lives.
