Beginners Hoop Workshop
Time: 12.30 - 2.30pm
In this two hour beginner workshop you will learn how to hoop on the waist, then progress into lots of fun on-body and off-body moves! And at the end of the session you will be able to connect all of your brand-new tricks into a flowing sequence to music.

Continuers Hoop Workshop - Chest, legs and everything in between!
Time: 3 - 5pm
Hulahooping on the chest/shoulders and legs looks incredible but it is a challenge ! In this workshop you’ll learn the foundations of hooping on those parts of the body and how to move it up and down between legs to the chest. We will also look at other exciting off body moves including isolations, vortexes, rolls and much more. We will finish with some flow exercises to help you connection your favourite moves with the ones you've learned in the workshop. Please bring a pair of short shorts to the workshop for the leg hooping section.
