NEW DROP-IN CLASSES - Try your first session for just £5 this term!:

Community Dance, Wednesdays 3-4pm
A holistic session working with dance as a therapeutic tool, this class is structured to support participants to find a grounded connection to their body, to build confidence in moving and allow physical expression to flow.

Ballet for Posture & Flexibility with Charlie Plunkett Tuesdays 1-2pm
This class will focus on using the traditional techniques of ballet to build strength in the core, arms, legs with use of a barre and at the same time improving all-over flexibility through warm-ups and stretching.

Hatha Yoga with Mary Rose Dias, Mondays 5.30-6.30pm
Energising yet restorative, mindfulness and positive psychology are woven into classes to
create a truly uplifting and therapeutic experience.

Hatha Yoga & Meditation with Charlotte Watts Fridays 6.30-7.45pm
A yoga journey from explorative movement towards settling into stillness to end with a 10-15 minute guided meditation led in through Mindfulness of Breathing, with space left for silence.

Hatha Yoga with Ginny Haswell, Wednesdays 5.15-6.30pm Awareness of breath and sound alignment, content will be varied and informative with a well
rounded balance of stability, flexibility, mindful focus and playful exploration.
