All massages are adapted to your needs.  My technique is based in Swedish / holistic massage.  I also spent 6 months training with an osteopath in Integrated Bodywork, enabling me to undertake deep tissue and remedial massage.  Sports massage techniques, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy and myofascial release are all methods in which I have trained and use regularly to treat injuries, repetitive strain etc.  Hot Stone and Hot and Cold Stone Therapies are also available, as a whole treatment or as part of your massage, as is pregnancy massage and manual lymphatic drainage.  Treatments take place in my home, Kemptown area and centrally in Dolphin Clinic (New Road, Brighton).  I've been successfully treating for seven years.
