Mama & Baby yoga is a great way to support yourself physically and emotionally as a new mum. Mindful yoga practices heal the body and calm the mind. Ease out physical tension, restore strength and tone and feel more energised.

The class is focused on your needs as a new mother, demonstrating how you can ground, find space and experience just being amidst all the changes that having a baby bring. Whatever birth you experienced, postnatal yoga is best started after you have had your 4-6 week check, and you can bring your baby along to the class until they start toddling.

Classes take a break over summer and return in September as a course. Try our taster class on Thursday 7 Sept for just £3.
