mum & baby yoga
Mum & Baby Yoga (from 6 weeks to crawling) is a space for mums to rebuild core strength safely, release aches and pains, and to breath and relax. The babies are integrated into the class by sound, gesture and specific baby yoga moves, encouraging physical development, wind relief and general fun and play. This is a bonding class for mothers and babies as well as a supportive place to share with others the transition into motherhood and all that it brings.
