cancellations

In the rare instance that we have to cancel a class, course or workshop, we will notify you in advance and refund you any fees paid in full if you have pre-paid. If you cancel before the start of a course, the refund will depend on the amount of notice we have received and percentage refunds are shown below. Once a course has started, no cancellations of refunds can be made.

replacement classes

Occasionally we may offer you a substitute teacher if the usual teacher is not able to teach a particular class. We prefer to be able to offer you an alternative rather than just cancelling outright. If we are unable to source a substitute teacher and you are on a course, your usual teacher will offer a replacement class on another date. If you cannot make this replacement class, or there is no time on the schedule to offer a replacement class, we will refund you the value of that class.

More than two weeks – 90% refund
Two weeks before – 75% refund
One week before – 50% refund

book and pay in good time

Make sure that you book well in advance of the course starting to avoid disappointment. We work on a first-come, first-served principle both for courses and drop-in classes.
