You can pay for most drop-in classes, courses, workshops and our class passes online, over the phone (01273 600010) or at the centre by cash or card.  We recommend online booking to guarantee your place. Concession rates are available, scroll down for more info on this. We also offer gift vouchers/credit (valid for one year) in any amount or for specific use for a course or workshop!

We provide all mats and equipment needed, though you are welcome to bring your own. We advise you wear loose, comfortable clothing for all classes.

courses & workshops

Courses need to be booked in advance, prices vary so please check the relevant page of the website, we occasionally allow late registration if space. Courses are designed to create a space for deeper learning, to share questions/concerns with your teacher in more of a one-to-one format, so you're more likely to get a sense of progression. You'll practise with the same group of people each time and may even make friends! Workshops usually fill up quickly but very occasionally there may still be places available on the day, no guarantees though so book ahead. See cancellation/refund t&cs here.

Drop-in classes generally cost £10 or £9 for 1 hour and ballet classes (concession rates available, see below). There are some exceptions and we do offer some low cost community classes. Find individual class prices and reserve your place online via the online timetable, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis so if planning to pay at reception, you may need to arrive a bit earlier to ensure you get a place.

multi-class passes

Class passes are a great way of making classes more affordable and offer great flexibility. You can use your pass for any class on the drop-in timetable. So you may like to try a mix of yoga, dance or pilates classes, for example.

type cost cost per class
buy online
10 class card £90 £9 per class
20 class card £160 £8 per class

Your class pass is linked to your online account, so you can sign in ahead of time to reserve your place in class or just give your name at reception. No need to carry any cash or membership card with you!

Class Passes are valid for 3 months - we recommend buying a 20 class pass if you plan to attend twice a week, or a 10 class pass if planning to attend once a week to get the best value for money.

Please note you cannot use class cards on courses or workshops.

Part of our ethos as a charity is to enable those who might not otherwise be able to afford it to benefit from our classes. We have concession rates for most drop-ins, courses and workshops and also for 10 and 20 class passes. To qualify, you must fall into one of the following categories:

  • registered students
  • over 60
  • benefit claimants
  • carers card holders

You will typically save around 10% with the concessionary rate on classes, courses and workshops. The discounted 10 class card is £80 and the 20 class card £140.

*Proof of concession status is required such as a student card, benefit letter, bus pass or other relevant ID. Please note that concession rates can only be booked online once you have registered at the Brighton Natural Health Centre with proof of concession.

safety and medical conditions

Students are responsible for their own safety in classes. If you have a health condition, it is your duty to check with your GP whether you should participate and to inform the teacher.
