Cultivating Calm meditation workshop, Sun 22 Sep

Join Positive Psychologist and yoga teacher, Mary-Rose Dias, for this opportunity to learn and integrate meditation practices into your life, supporting you to live more mindfully, more joyfully and with a lot less stress...

This workshop will support you to cultivate your own inner resource of calm, and to live well amidst the 'busy-ness', constant doing and demands of every day, helping to reduce stress and even, long-term, prevent burn-out.

Our afternoon will include Mindfulness, one-pointed focus meditation as well as loving-kindness and integrative restoration (iRest®). We will close with an extended guided relaxation yoga nidra meditation, designed so that we may integrate the tools that we have learnt, find ease and calm, and begin our week feeling mindful, joyful and free from stress.
