Join Pilates teacher, Anna Pearce, and Reflexologist, Lexi Clarke, on an afternoon's exploration of the wonders of the feet, and the keys they hold to finding freedom of movement and balance throughout the body...

In this practical workshop, you will learn Reflexology techniques you can use everyday, and a series of Pilates-based exercises working from the feet to move the whole body in it's best and most balanced way.
 

Suitable for all including beginners to Pilates.
