new for the autumn

New courses (Qigong, Vajrasati), new drop-ins (Beginners Yoga, Soulful Sundays) and changes to existing classes

As well as our usual courses, we have the following new courses:

  • Qigong (chi gung) course 8 Wednesdays 8-9.30am with Peter Deadman
  • Vajrasati Yoga course 6 Sundays 9-10.30am with Charlotte Watts

We also have two new drop-in classes:

  • Beginners Yoga (Scaravelli inspired) Mondays 10-11.15am with Marc Woolford
  • Soulful Sunday evenings (moving meditation and sound healing) at 7.30pm. Check website for dates & teachers

Our regular classes change as follows:

  • Healing Yoga moves to Monday 11.30am and Thursday 2.30pm
  • Pilates with Caroline moves from Thursday at 8.15pm to Wednesday at 8pm
  • 5 Rhythms is now the first Sunday of the month at 7.30pm
  • Soulful Sundays replaces Meditation & Chanting
  • Hula Hooping not on in September. From 14 Oct there are 2 classes at 5.30pm and 8pm
  • Classic Yoga courses with Ann are now only 6 weeks and times have changed
  • Kinetic Integration is now a course
  • Astanga mysore self practice now starts at 7am (unless prior arrangement made)
  • Astanga 6.30pm Monday now ends at 7.45pm
