Join Cathy Rogers Evans for Iyengar® Yoga based workshop focusing on quietening the brain and cooling the nerves...

The refreshing effect of carefully sequenced postures and yogic breathing can refresh us more than sleep. This occurs because the energy of the brain becomes passive, allowing the nerves to become rejuvenated sooner. This workshop is based on the teachings of BKS Iyengar and will include the use of props to help support some of the postures.

Suitable for those with at least 6 months of experience in any style of yoga.
