Tai chi benefits the heart

A meta-analysis published in the Journal of the American Heart Association suggests that tai chi and qigong can offer real benefits for people with cardiovascular disease. The study found reductions in blood pressure enough to reduce the risk of stroke by up to 41% and coronary heart disease by 22%.
