Natural Health Centre offers drop-in classes, courses
and workshops in yoga, tai chi, dance, pilates and much
more. Roughly half our timetable is devoted to drop-in
classes, half to courses, and we also have some weekend
workshops.
Drop-in classes do not need to pre-book
or commit to. Simply turn up 5 minutes before the scheduled
start time and pay for that class. We have mats and
blocks here, so all you need to bring is yourself in
loose comfortable clothing eg leggings or tracksuits
bottoms and a t-shirt or vest top.
Courses is one that you need to pre-book
and commit to for 10 or 12 weeks in a row. It is a good
way of keeping up a regular routine, as you will have
paid upfront. It is also a way of progressing week by
week with the same group of people. You can book online
using our secure payment method, by phone or in person.
Workshops are one-off events held
at a weekend. It is an opportunity to learn at a deeper
level, make significant progress and find out more than
you can in a class setting

REFUNDS
AND CANCELLATIONS
If we are forced to cancel a class due to lack of bookings
we will refund your money fully. If you decide to cancel
a booking we can only offer a refund (less a £5
admin fee) for cancellations received no later than 14
days before the start date
HEALTH CONDITIONS
If you have a health condition likely to affect your participation
in a class, please check with your doctor first and inform
the teacher |
